The concerns described by each of the participating cities help to understand the particular situations they face and highlight the Thematics they wish to develop together as part of the Roadmap.

To facilitate communication and provide a common frame of reference, the General Secretariat has drawn a "narrative" from these situations. This is a subjective and provisional interpretation. As the Roadmap is an ongoing process, future contributions will enrich the narrative. The version presented here is based on information gathered and processed to date.
