The work of each Collaborative Network must ultimately be accessible in the form of a progress report.

This is a note summarizing the various advances made by the Networks, through meetings, experiments, pilot projects and so on. This summary is used to formulate shared objectives and guidelines for solutions.

The objectives and guidelines must be the direct result of the lessons learned from the implementation of various thematic development activities in the field, and offer prospects for concrete solutions. They will serve as a basis for the work to be undertaken at the Scientific Symposium to be held in Cordoba.
